We have 5 Vendor Spots currently available. Each vendor will get their own hotel room to vend from. This allows the vendors to be open whenever they choose and to keep their inventory secured during down time.
The vendor fee for 2008 will be $100 per vending room sold. This will include (1) Run package for the vendor which includes all of your meals etc, (1) empty hotel room to yourself so that you can control your own hours (beds and furniture will be removed), and four folding tables.
Anyone else helping or working a vendor room outside of the main vendor must have a paid registration. No exceptions. Vendors are also asked to rent their own room to sleep/play in or notify us if they plan to share a room with someone else. Please contact us for table information and setup requirements.
Vendor rooms will be available for setup as early as Thursday evening.
