I certify that while I participate in this event I will not hold Virginia Mountain Bears, its membership, or any organizations associated with this event responsible for any loss or injury to my person or property.

I understand that the run price is only partially refundable up to 60 days before the event, this registration is NON-TRANSFERABLE and Virginia Mountain Bears is not responsible for cancellation or postponement due to bad weather or other events beyond their control.

I understand that in the event of a refund that the Virginia Mountain Bears will refund my payment minus $25 for processing fees. I understand that all refund requests requested within 60 days of the event will be denied. I understand that Virginia Mountain Bears reserves the right to modify the schedule of events at any time. When I attend Mountain Bear Madness, I understand that it is my personal responsibility to inform any photographers if I do not wish my picture taken.

I understand that Mountain Bear Madness is a private event and that every person attending must have purchased a run package.

I understand that I am coming to an event to have fun and meet lots of wonderful people.
