Room Rate: $79.99 a night with a 3 night minimum requirement.
First night accomodations payment is required when booking.
Reservations: You can book your hotel now by visiting http://www.holidayinn.com/roavalleyview and entering the group code of VMB and entering the dates of July 19th - 22nd. If you wish to arrive early, they have extended our group rate for those that wish to arrive on Wednesday. One night deposit is required to reserve your room and a 3 night minimum is required to stay at the host hotel. Reservations are periodically checked and guests with room reservations that have NOT purchased their run package will have their reservations cancelled.
Cancellations: Guests cancelling their reservations must do so 48 hours prior to their arrival date or face a one night cancellation charge.
