The host hotel is now full. After you register and pay for your run package you will receive a confirmation letter and instructions on making a hotel reservation. Confirmation letters will be emailed every Sunday to those who have (a) registered and (b) paid for their run packages Once you get your confirmation letter you will then call the hotel Monday-Friday at the times specified. Hotel reservations will be on a first come first serve basis. If you are having problems registering at the overflow hotel please use the contact us page and we will gladly assist you.
Buying a run package does not guarantee you a hotel room. If we reach full capacity on the host hotels we will announce another overflow hotel which may not be within walking distance.
As with last year, Mountain Bear Madness is a PRIVATE EVENT. All attendees must have purchased a run package to attend any of the events and to be on the inner hotel premises which includes the courtyard and conference rooms. Attendees may have outside guests come to your hotel room, however the courtyard and the conference rooms etc are exclusive to event attendees. Anyone noticed in these areas without proper event identification will be asked to leave. |
