On behalf of all of the Virginia Mountain Bears we would like to start off by thanking everyone that attended and/or sponsored our first bear run in 2007. We had an incredible first run with an amazing group of men and an incredible backing of support from our sponsors and vendors.

Many of the attendees in 2007 requested that we keep the event small and friendly and we aim to honour that request. Last year we sold out at 200. This year we are setting the max amount of packages being sold at 300. We feel that 300 is a goal to shoot for and stay at.

We are also changing up hotel registration just a tiny bit. Rooms are now on a first come - first serve basis. We will be utilizing a code system for attendees to register their hotel room which will make it easier on us and you in registering your room.

We again have the host hotel EXCLUSIVELY from Friday through Sunday. We have even more rooms blocked off at the overflow hotel.

We hope to see everyone again this year. Bring a friend as well, it's going to be great!
