What advertisers get:

With either a half page or full page ad in the run booklet, advertisers will also recieve logos on the Mountain Bear Madness website for 2008 and 2009, the ability to promote your company through banners placed on the premises of the event plus recognition of your company through announcements during the event.

Advertisers can also send us a 30 second promo clip in MP3 format that will be put into rotation and played during the event inbetween ambient music. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.

You will also receive (2) hard copies of the run booklet mailed to you within 4 weeks of the event.

In the event that you do send a banner to us to promote your company we will gladly display your banner throughout the duration of the event and will ship the banners back to you within four weeks of the events end date. The Virginia Mountain Bears cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your banner during the event and/or from shipping. We will do our best to preserve the quality of your banner, however.. things happen.


What to send us:

Ads must be CMYK or Grayscale, 300dpi, flattened composites in PDF (preferred), TIFF or PSD (Photoshop) format or Jpg's at Maximum Quality.

Documents prepared in Word, Publisher or PageMaker will not be accepted.

Deadline to send artwork is July 18th, 2008.

Ads may be e-mailed to ads@mountainbearmadness.com or postal-mailed on CD-ROM (no Zip or Floppy discs) to:

Discs are not returnable.

All submitted ads are subject to Virginia Mountain Bears approval for content, quality and size. Please do not use low-resolution, or pixelated images. If you would like us to design your ad we will be more than happy to do so for a small one time fee of $35. You will still have to supply us with some artwork including logos etc.
